Livity’s history
Founding partners Michelle Clothier and Sam Conniff began Livity in 2001 as a challenge to themselves: could the “awesome power” of brands be used for something positive? Could marketing become a word you didn’t say through gritted teeth? And if they began a socially responsible agency, would anyone buy it?
Six years on and the answer seems to be yes. Consulted by government, sought after by big brands, and still with the same beliefs as when we started, Livity is now established as a maverick force in youth communication and understanding across the private and public sector. With a dream team of staff and an exciting range of new clients including Penguin, Red Bull and the BBC, there are a few more big ideas up our sleeves. To be continued…
