Sam Conniff – Co-founding Partner,
Livity/ LIVE/ DocuMovie/ Dubplate Drama

A product of south London, Sam’s hectic formal education saw him graduate with a diploma in running club nights and an apprenticeship in rock band management. In 1998 the world of business beckoned, with the co-founding of Don’t Panic, a flyer pack distribution company still operating nationwide. In 2001 Sam left to form Livity with Michelle Clothier, where they developed their shared vision of a company intended to make responsible use of marketing budgets. As Director of all four successful companies in the Livity group, Sam takes a hands-on role both creatively and in generating new business, and has spearheaded the socially responsible approach of the group. He has played a leading role in creating and implementing Livity’s major campaigns, including o2 Music, Dubplate Drama and Live Magazine. Sam is also a governor of the Livity School (see affiliated organisations), and was nominated for the Edge Upstarts Young Entrepreneur of the Year in 2006.
